Baldwin Law was founded to bring that same level of experience and excellence to clients in Westchester and the New York metropolitan area on a more personal and selective basis. Lisa handles a limited number of matters at any given time. Every client receives direct access to an experienced trial lawyer at every stage of their case.
Flexible Fee Arrangements.
Baldwin Law primarily operates on a contingency fee basis, which means clients pay no attorneys' fees unless we obtain a recovery for them. Baldwin Law is also open to alternative fee arrangements when they make sense, including flat fees, hourly arrangements, and hybrid fee structures depending on the nature of the matter and the client's specific needs and circumstances. Every fee arrangement is discussed openly and structured to deliver maximum value.
